Once I started the book I couldn't put it down. The suspense is just right, and the book is pure escapism. I particularly enjoyed a main character (Ciara) who is intelligent and who often surprises you with her next move. I'd recommend it to readers who don't mind a bit of paranormal (and who doesn't, I mean X-Files and all) woven into the story. In my view Seeing Evil is the best book yet for this author.Product details

This latest book from MC Domovitch is her best to date.
I love a good whodunnit and this one kept me guessing until the end.
Perfect reading for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Kept me reading and on edge till the end. Dominican does a good job keeping the reader guessing the identity of the murderer.

I not only couldnt put this book down but the author had me completely bewildered. Maybe I will do better next time, I certainly am anxious to give it a try.. Kudos to M. C. Domovitch
After reading the first Ciara Kelly book (& loving it), I was excited to find that the release of Book 2 was imminent. Of course I immediately pre-ordered! As soon as it downloaded to my Fire, I started gobbling it up. I love the characters, the twists & turns & building of suspense. Excellent story-telling; can't wait until Book 3 is available!
This is the second book in the series and now I am anxious for the third book, but I have no idea when that will be out yet. Ciara is still recovering from her ordeal with The Cutter, the serial killer. The torture has left physical scars as well as the emotional ones. She is afraid of intimacy, of letting anyone see the scars. She helps the police from the sidelines in their search for the East Side Killer. Ciara discovers she has a half sister, who is kidnapped by the ESK. The book has lots of action and great suspense
